Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ta9999 website, mobile site, and all related services (collectively the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ta9999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

ta9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ta9999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a ta9999 account you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ta9999 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to real-money features by persons under this age.
• You are registering as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a professional, agent, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by ta9999 for a breach of these Terms.
• You acknowledge that gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

ta9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by ta9999 may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any bonus credits held on the account.

One Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one registered account on the ta9999 Platform. If ta9999 identifies that a single individual holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — ta9999 may close all duplicate accounts, void any bonus credits, and withhold any winnings accrued on those accounts pending investigation.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the ta9999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ta9999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be available and are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform at the time of your transaction.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your ta9999 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment provider but are typically instant for mobile wallet methods.
• ta9999 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
• ta9999 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if identity verification is not completed satisfactorily.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make a deposit, unless otherwise approved by ta9999 support.
• ta9999 may require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment provider's own schedule. ta9999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
• If a player has accepted a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.
• ta9999 reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Section 4

Bonuses & Promotions

ta9999 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available only to players with a verified ta9999 account.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not wagered within the stated time frame will be forfeited automatically.
• ta9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, exploitation of bonus terms, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• ta9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice to players.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts and carry no cash value prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements.

Section 5

Game Rules & Betting

Games available on ta9999 are supplied by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules defined by its respective provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets placed on ta9999 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. ta9999 accepts no liability for bets placed on erroneous odds caused by technical errors or data feed failures, and reserves the right to void such bets.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, ta9999's settlement rules for that market will apply as stated on the relevant sport or event page.
• ta9999 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, or to void a market, at its sole discretion where it suspects irregular betting patterns or market manipulation.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing processes. ta9999 does not influence or alter game outcomes.
• Any malfunction of a game or software voids all related plays and wagers. ta9999 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a technical fault.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection during play. ta9999 accepts no responsibility for disconnections that result in the loss of a wager or a game session.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the ta9999 Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one ta9999 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or any software designed to exploit the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players in card games, sports betting syndicates, or any other collaborative scheme intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any such vulnerability must be reported to ta9999 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ta9999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

You may request the closure of your ta9999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances not yet satisfied are forfeited upon closure.

ta9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or receipt of a charge-back or reversal from a payment provider. Where ta9999 closes an account due to a material breach, it reserves the right to withhold any funds pending investigation.

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent exclusion via live chat support. During an exclusion period, all access to the Platform — including new registrations — will be blocked for the excluded individual. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of ta9999.

ta9999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ta9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any technical failure affecting gameplay or transaction processing.

ta9999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ta9999 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. ta9999 reserves the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, during which the Platform or specific features may be temporarily unavailable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ta9999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 10

Privacy & Data Protection

ta9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ta9999 takes the security of your personal data seriously. All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by SSL encryption. ta9999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Section 11

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the ta9999 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, ta9999 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ta9999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and apply to all ta9999 accounts active from that date.
